Welcome to Wewak

After getting through the cancelled flight and re-booking to the early morning flight this morning, we have made safely to Wewak. The day went as most project 1st days go.....walking the property to get acquainted with the project, find the materials we shipped down months ago and make sure we have all we need and here in PNG, meet with the inspector! I'm happy to report that all of the above went well and the inspector is happy to work with us. By 2:30 this afternoon we were starting to run conduit, remove old service panels and prepare the areas where the new panels, transfer switches etc will be going. Tonight we will be getting our first full nights rest in 3 or 4 days and getting started full strength early tomorrow. As I write this it is 7:45 PM Tuesday night here in PNG, which means it is  5:45 am Tuesday morning on the US east coast.....and we are heading too bed. Please keep us in your prayers before you go to bed, as we will just be getting up to start our work days on the other side of the globe. Enjoy the pictures, I'll be posting more as the internet connection here improves.
